Because I'm happy.. 

Friday didn't get here too soon.  Watching the clock tick isn't good for a person. . .

If a girl had some office space where she could play some Carmen McRae out loud, and potentially sing along from time to time, work could seriously be done in style.  Headphones in the meantime.

It's put up or shut up time.  Better get busy!

Grateful for new beginnings.  You just never know what's around the corner, and today, at least, I like that.

Back from vacation & thankful for co-workers who help, kind words from higher-ups and a job that I love.  Takes the sting out of leaving family behind to head home ever so slightly less painful.

Grateful that painful can things end much as they can begin, in an unexpected moment.
